Thank you for your interest in renting a property managed by HR Heights LLC. The following application will be used by the landlord to determine your eligibility to rent an apartment for residency. Please make sure that you review and read the entire application. All requested information must be provided at the time the application is submitted in order for us to review, screen and process. If you fail to provide any of the requested information, your application will not be processed and will result in an automatic denial.
Every adult is required to submit a residency application. The $50 fee is non refundable and is valid for only one adult. If there is a 2nd adult occupant, he or she must submit a separate application package with an additional $50 application fee. Children under 18 years of age do not need to apply but must be stated as a resident that will reside in the unit.
Each adult applicant must provide (2) forms of valid ID: 1) a clear copy of a valid State or Federal issued photo ID or a driver’s license. (If you are not a resident of the United States, you must provide a copy of your passport and visa used for entry into the United States). 2) A copy of Social Security card.
